Denys Demkiv, Prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), "I could not make any other decision but close the Rotterdam+ case, and there were three reasons for that" On 20 May, SAPO Prosecutor Denys Demkiv closed the pre-trial investigation in the Rotterdam+ case for the fourth time. As Censor.NET learned, the decision was taken in accordance with section 3.1 of Article 284 of the Criminal Procedure Code, suggesting that a person who committed the criminal offense is not established if the limitation period for a criminal prosecution has elapsed, except for committing a particularly grave crime against the life or health of the person or a crime for which a life sentence may be imposed by law. 9 867 26 Ukrainian Politics
