About me: Professor of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and International Law of the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law of the National University "Odesa Law Academy". Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine (2016-2019). Candidate of sciences in public administration, member of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy, participant in combat operations in eastern Ukraine.
