The son of the President of the Central African Republic, Faustin-Arcange Touadera, beat a man and a woman in Kislovodsk, Russia.

According to Censor.NET, a video of the incident was posted on social media.

Russian propagandists write that Evarist Tuadera arrived in Kislovodsk for treatment two weeks ago and flatly refused to leave the city. The incident ended with young Tuadera being forcibly taken to Moscow and handed over to the staff of the CAR embassy in Russia.
