"I sincerely congratulate the great friend of Ukraine, the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker with the high state award - the Order of Yaroslav the Wise. On behalf of Ukraine he congratulated the President and thanked for his personal contribution to the development of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU," Poroshenko said.

According to the decree of the President of Ukraine, the Order of Yaroslav the Wise was awarded to the President of the European Commission for his personal contribution to the development of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, for supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
