Dignity march in Kyiv. LIVE
Dignity march is taking place today in Kyiv, commemorating those killed during the protests on Maidan square last winter. Leaders of ten European contries have joined Ukraine's president Petro Poroshenko.
The march has started at 1:30 p.m., Censor.NET reports.
Participation of President of Germany Joachim Gauck, President of Moldova Nicolae Timofti, President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski, President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite, President of the Slovak Republic Andrej Kiska, President of the European Council Donald Tusk, and other European leaders are anticipated. Bronislaw Komorowski, Dalia Grybauskaite, Andrej Kiska, Donald Tusk, and Petro Poroshenko have already arrived to Maidan square to participate in Dignity march.
The procession passes through the streets of Institutska, Shovkovychna, Hrushevskoho and will end with a prayer for peace at the Independence Square (Maidan Nezalezhnosti).
