The terrorists continued to violate the Minsk agreements and fired at Ukrainian forces’ positions from banned weapons on May 7.

The Army's positions in the D sector near Opytne, Pisky, Hranitne villages and Avdiivka town, were shelled with the banned 120mm and 122mm mortars. The village of Opytne and Butovka mine were fired from automatic grenade launchers and small arms. Snipers were spotted near Stanytsia Luhanska village and Shchastia town.
Ukrainian sappers are clearing liberated territory from mines.
The situation remains tense in the M sector. Shyrokyne, Krasnyi Pakhar, and Shyroka Balka villages were shelled with 82mm and 122mm mortars. In Horlivka, the militants fired at Ukrainian army's positions from a tank.
22 enemy drones were spotted in the area.
