Russian telegram channels reported that explosions had occurred at night near the Kremlin in Moscow.

According to Censor.NET, some public media outlets published a video showing a column of smoke rising above the Kremlin walls. It is reported that after the explosions, the Kremlin lost partial power. There is no official information on this.
