Former people’s deputy and traitor Oleg Tsarev admitted that Russia attacks civilians because of the impossibility of reaching the leadership of Ukraine.

According to Censor.NET, this became known from the traitor's interview, which was published on the social network. What's more, Tsarev directly threatened residents of Kyiv, Dnipro, and Uman with a "massacre".
