Armed Forces approached Russian "dragon’s teeth" in South for first time, - CNN. VIDEO
Russian Telegram channels publish a video showing the Ukrainian Armed Forces approaching the "dragon’s teeth" in one of the frontline areas of the Zaporizhzhia region.
This is reported by CNN, Censor.NET reports.
The publication has identified the geolocation of the video, which is in the area east of the villages of Nove and Kharkivove in the Polohy district of Zaporizhzhia.
CNN writes that "the Ukrainian counteroffensive has reached a critical line of Russian defence for the first time".
A video was posted on Russian social media showing a Ukrainian military vehicle moving across a field and heading towards a ditch in front of a large row of "dragon's teeth" - concrete and reinforcing pyramids that can serve as an obstacle for tanks.
Then, the video shows the alleged driver of the car running back to the forest.
"It is unclear what exactly is happening in the video. Pro-Ukrainian TV channels claim that their troops are testing the vehicle's ability to pass over the trench and the 'dragon's teeth'," the newspaper writes.
Instead, Russian propaganda claims that he is a "victim" of one of their military strikes.
"However, it is clear that the Ukrainian counteroffensive in the southern part of the country has made notable gains in the past few days," CNN notes.
