General Prosecutor's Office qualified the events in Mukacheve as a terrorist act and creation of a criminal organization. Information about the incident was entered into the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations as paragraph 255 (p.1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - creation of a criminal organization, and as paragraph 258 (p.3) of the Criminal Code - an act of terrorism.
