In the centre of occupied Luhansk, a car carrying a former so-called ’deputy of the People’s Council of the LPR’, Oleg Popov, exploded.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Russian edition of RIA Novosti.

The explosion took place near the Avangard stadium. Local Telegram channels publish video from the scene.

The TASS media outlet, citing the occupation "law enforcement agencies", reported that Popov had died.
