Occupier twists Esmarch tourniquet on his neck. VIDEO

A video has been posted online showing the occupier on the battlefield tying an Esmarch tourniquet around his neck.

According to Censor.NET, a fragment of such "medical" manipulations by the invader was recorded by a Ukrainian drone.
