Ukrainian defenders neutralise enemy’s electronic warfare devices and D-30 cannon in Oleshky forest, Kherson region. VIDEO
Ukrainian servicemen neutralised the latest enemy 330Zh Zhytel electronic warfare device in the Oleshky forest. In addition to the rare Zhytel obstacle station, the Ukrainian military hit the occupiers’ D-30 cannon.
The defence forces showed footage of the destruction of the Russian 330Zh Zhitel electronic warfare system in the Kherson region. The video was posted on social media, Censor.NET reports.
The Russians use the R-330Zh "Zhitel" station to detect radio signals, create radio interference and jam communications. It creates problems for GPS and mobile users.
The equipment can suppress the operation of ground-based equipment within a radius of about 25 kilometres, and equipment on aircraft within a radius of at least 50 kilometres.
