Russian drone "hunted" child in Kherson: it’s terror against most vulnerable, - Lubinets. VIDEO
A video of a boy who sustained shrapnel wounds as a result of a Russian drone attack in Kherson is circulating on social media.
This was reported by the Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, Censor.NET reports.
The boy said that the occupiers opened fire on him and his friends when they were playing in the street.
"Kherson is constantly suffering from Russian attacks against the civilian population. One of the occupiers' "entertainments" is to chase civilians with drones and drop explosives on them. This time, children were targeted. What is the purpose of the "hunt" for children? It is impossible to comprehend - barbarism directed against the most vulnerable. Such actions grossly violate international humanitarian law. The international community must increase pressure on Russia, because every child must be protected! Impunity only leads to new crimes," the Ombudsman emphasized.
Earlier it was reported that during the week Russian troops launched more than 2 thousand drones in Kherson region.
