Krutkov, commander of 93rd Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar": I’m certain war is here forever — or for very long time. VIDEO

Lieutenant Colonel Shamil Krutkov, commander of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar", spoke about the situation in the unit after its former commander Pavlo Palisa moved to a position in the Office of the President and his vision of a truce with the Russians.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Slidstvo Info.

"Yes, I see only positives in this, because knowing Pavlo Serhiiovych (Palytsia – Ed.), he will report only objective information about the real situation. Funding came in, drones appeared, and we stopped losing three villages a day," Krutkov commented on the reassignment of the former commander.

He also noted that he does not believe in a full ceasefire with Russia:"We serve in the army. If we receive an order to hold fire for 30 days, we obviously cannot disobey it. But if there’s a threat to the life and health of our servicemen, then of course the enemy will be destroyed. If the enemy starts to amass somewhere... I honestly don’t know how a ceasefire could realistically be implemented today. The only option might be some kind of troop disengagement. But even that won’t lead to a full ceasefire. I’m certain the war is here forever, or at least for a very long time. Unfortunately."
