Soldiers of 71st Separate Ranger Brigade together with neighbouring units repelled attack by occupiers in Novopavlivka sector. VIDEO
Paratroopers of the 71st Separate Ranger Brigade, together with neighbouring units, repelled a massive attack by the occupiers in the Novopavlivka sector.
The Russians launched an attack with more than two dozen armoured vehicles - several tanks, more than a dozen and a half IFVs with infantry. The invaders were marching in a column, hoping to break through our defences, Censor.NET reports.
Ahead of the armoured vehicles were motorcyclists who manoeuvred and tried to break through to our paratroopers at speed. Intelligence spotted the enemy forces in time, and the coordinated actions of artillerymen and drone pilots broke the enemy's battle formation and then methodically destroyed it. The equipment was left to burn on the battlefield. The scattered infantry tried to take cover in the landing, but were destroyed by drones and drops.
