Russian propagandists have published an interview with an occupier who spoke about allegedly "cutting-edge Ukrainian technologies" being used against Russian forces.

According to Censor.NET, he claims that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use so-called "QR code spotters" that allegedly allow artillery to be directed at Russian positions. He also alleges that Ukrainians scatter poisoned banknotes, with the toxin supposedly entering the body on contact and killing Russian soldiers.
