The Ukrainian military seized a strategic height in the vicinity of Novotroitske village.

Now they can watch the movement of militants, Censor.NET reports referring to TSN.

As reported, from this point, one can see a "DPR" checkpoint located 3-4 kilometers away. At the same time, all terrorist positions are in plain sight: their depots, bunkers. One can notice not only the movement of equipment, but also the walking out of subversive groups.

"Since the soldiers of the 72th Brigade of the Armed Forces seized the height, terrorists have had to dig deeper into the ground. Earlier, militants approached Ukrainian positions almost daily: fired at our soldiers and retreated. Now, they finally keep silent," the news notes.

As also reported, militants had to forsake their training ground at the foot of the seized gob pile.
