Third suspect in murder of discharged soldier Prykhodko apprehended, - GPU. VIDEO

Criminal proceeding according to part 2 of article 121, part 1 of article 286, and part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is investigated by the Office for criminal investigation in the fields of public service and property of the Department of Investigation and Supervision of criminal processes in public service and the property of the GPU.

The suspect was declared wanted on Sept. 29, 2015, and apprehended on April 29, 2016, the GPU stressed.
Prykhodko was killed in Palmira restaurant in the Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv on the night of September 27. One of the suspects surrendered immediately, while two attackers were declared wanted. One of them was apprehended in Ternopil on April 1 and detained for two months.
