In the Vovchansk sector of the Kharkiv region, border guards from the ‘Forpost’ brigade thwarted yet another attempt by the occupiers to cross the Vovcha River.
According to Censor.NET, since spring the enemy has stepped up its attempts to establish crossings in the South Slobozhanskyi sector.
To this end, Russian troops are using engineering equipment, in particular pontoon crossings based on MT-LB vehicles, with the aim of ferrying personnel and equipment across the water obstacle and establishing a bridgehead on the opposite bank.
However, Ukrainian defenders are systematically thwarting these plans even at the preparation stage.
As a result of operations by drone operators from the "Forpost" brigade, a pontoon that the occupiers had planned to use to cross the river was destroyed.
The footage was shared by the fighters on the State Border Guard Service’s Telegram channel.
