What is known?

"We discussed further steps to scale up Ukrainian technologies, develop anti-ballistic capabilities and attract additional funding for the needs of the Defence Forces.

The focus is on scaling up the Drone Deal. Ukraine is ready to share its combat experience, data and modern warfare technologies with its partners. This is a mutually beneficial partnership. We receive more resources for the front line, whilst our partners gain access to Ukrainian defence innovations," the statement reads.

Ukraine and Denmark have also agreed to develop joint programmes to support defence start-ups and security technologies.

"A separate area of focus is the European anti-ballistic project. We are counting on Denmark’s support in developing our own solution to counter ballistic threats.

We also discussed the release of €6 billion under the European Peace Facility, which could be channelled towards the critical needs of the Defence Forces," noted the Defence Minister.
