Today, Ukraine and Finland took another step towards deepening cooperation by combining Ukraine’s combat experience with Finnish technologies.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this following his participation, together with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, in a roundtable meeting on Ukrainian-Finnish cooperation in the defence industry.

"Our companies signed documents on the development and production of drones in Finland for the needs of Ukraine and Europe, the expansion of capabilities in maritime uncrewed systems, and the establishment of an enterprise to manufacture unmanned ground vehicles," the President noted.

"On these important dates — State Flag Day and the eve of Independence Day — we particularly appreciate the value of true friendship. I thank the President, the government, Finnish businesses and the entire Finnish people for standing with us since the first days of this war," Zelenskyy added.
