Kyiv police detains Akhmatovoi Street shooter. VIDEO

Video footage of police officers detaining a man who opened fire from a gun at Akhmatovoi Street in Kyiv on Oct. 1 has been uploaded online.

As reported by Censor.NET, the video shows a man walking along a street with a gun in daylight. The man is subsequently blocked by several police officers near a fence. One the officers eventually seized the man and kicked the gun out of his hand.
