Ukraine marks Volunteer Fighter Day for first time. VIDEO

On March 14, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Ukrainian Volunteer Fighter for the first time.

"This holiday belongs to people who consciously, at the call of their own hearts, stood up to defend their homeland from occupiers," Censor.NET quotes the anti-terrorist operation Staff press center.

Earlier this year, the Verkhovna Rada passed resolution No. 4261 on the establishment of the Day of Ukrainian Volunteer Fighter.
