The president said the people should not forget all the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko congratulated the citizens of Ukraine on Easter Sunday, Censor.NET reports citing the president's Facebook.

"While celebrating the victory of life over death, let's not forget all the heroes who died for Ukraine. I'm asking God's mercy for everyone who is protecting Ukraine right now," he wrote.
