Salvador Sobral, who performed a song titled Amar Pelos Dois, received 785 points from the jury and public votes, Censor.NET reports.
Kristian Kostov from Bulgaria won the second place with 615 points, while Sunstroke Project from Moldova became third with 374.
Salvador Sobral was presented with the trophy by last year's winner Jamala.
About 60,000 tourists, including 20,000 foreign guests, visited Kyiv to celebrate diversity at 2017 Eurovision Song Contest.
