Interior Minister Arsen Avakov wrote in his blog post on Censor.NET.
"From this day on, 16 officers will be patrolling daily in parks, public gardens, pedestrian areas - where a police car cannot go or where it's not appropriate. This is additional summer reinforcement, the number of dismounted and car patrols will not decrease," Avakov wrote.
