The military exercise was held at Khmelnytskyi-based training ground of the 8th Special Operations Regiment of the Ukrainian Army Special Operations Forces. Regiment Commander, Colonel Oleh Nechaiev, a Third Class Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi awardee, was in charge of the training mission.
