As reported by Censor.NET with reference to LIGA.net, this was stated by the EU's top diplomat Josep Borrell at a press conference following the meeting of foreign ministers in Luxembourg.
According to him, the EU should cooperate with "much more third countries".
For this, he explained, it is necessary to fight against Russian propaganda narratives in the countries of Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
"We must go further and form a systematic approach to countries that do not look at the world with the same eyes through the same glasses as we do," he said.
According to Borrell, this initiative will give rise to "an era of a fragmented world with two different ecosystems of technological development." Each of these "ecosystems" will try to attract supporters.
"There are many people who do not want to take one side or the other, but they should take a position on the war (Russia against Ukraine. - Ed.) and on the growing role of China in the world," Borrell added.
