Once we reach Crimean administrative border, Putin’s support in Russia will decrease - Zelenskyy
This was stated by Zelensky in an interview with the Italian media, informs Censor.NЕТ referring to Ukrainian Truth.
"There is definitely a way out, for sure. We will have counteroffensive actions. We will push them (Russians - ed.) back, it will definitely happen. His (Putin's - ed.) support in society will decrease, he will have internal issues, and he will solve them. He will find certain steps. I am sure of this. Our motivation will only increase.
In parallel, we will organize a summit on our "peace formula". We will involve as many people as possible, as many experts and countries as possible, and develop a complete plan that will be clear on how to implement it. Some of the points will be implemented without Russian representatives, and some of them will certainly require some representatives later.
And believe me, when we are on the administrative borders of Crimea, support for him (Putin - ed.) inside will be reduced. His inner circle, business will put pressure on him to find a way out. And they will have to find it. It won't be long now," Zelensky said.
Zelensky also expressed the opinion that Putin would not use nuclear weapons because he wants to live.
"I believe that he will not use nuclear weapons. But no one knows for sure what is in this man's mind. If Putin decides to use nuclear weapons, I believe he will be gone the next day. And a person who is sitting at a long table and is afraid that he will get covid or something else from the person who came to meet him, definitely wants to live. ... It seems to me that he has lost touch with reality, but nevertheless he really wants to live and will do everything for this," the President said.
