Putin Awarded Azarov With Order "For Contribution"

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov with Order of Merit.

Interfax-Ukraine reports the Russian President's decree states: ""For his contribution to the strengthening and development of Russian-Ukrainian relations award the Order of Merit to Mykola Azarov, Ukraine."
