Yanukovych Appointed Akhmetov's Man Vice Prime Minister
This is stated in the decree of the President # 729/2012, Censor.NET reports.
Before that Yanukovych signed a decree dismissing Vilkul from the post of governor of Dnipropetrovsk oblast. He will be managing the infrastructure, regional development, construction and housing and communal services spheres.
Experts consider Oleksandr Vilkul to be a creation of oligarch Rinat Akhmetov.
