Minister of Interior of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and Ihor Kolomoyskogo are under prosecution in Russia in connection with organization of the killings and use of prohibited means and methods of warfare.

It is expected that soon the prosecution will ask the court also to arrest Avakov in absentia.
