Shell Hits a Minibus in Luhansk. Two People Killed

Censor.NET, citing the press service of the Luhansk City Council, reports that the victims were taken to the hospital.

The City Council is asking residents of Luhansk to restrict movement around the city, unless it is absolutely necessary, and avoid places of confrontation.

Social networks users also report that the shelling severely damaged a house in the neighbourhood of Proletariat Donbasa.
