Terrorists Torture Civilians in Donbas Region - Human Rights Watch
Human Rights Watch (HRW) reports civilians are tortured by the Russian military men in Donbas.
Censor.NET reports the news citing press briefing remarks by Andrii Lysenko, speaker of NSDС Information and Analytical Center.
The report mentions that the terrorists have been arresting, torturing, and humiliating civilians, invloving them in forced labor, and holding as hostages.

Yesterday, in Novoazovsk, the terrorists looted the local banks leading to a temporary hold on the social benefits payments, a shortage in food supplies, and inflated prices for the leftovers.
Moreover, 130 localities in Donetsk oblast are without power supplies after military attacks by the terrorists. Electricity has been cut off in the towns of Yasynuvata and Vuhlehirsk, as well as the village of Hrabary. Portions of the towns of Debaltseve, Amvrosiivka, Dokuchaievsk, Khartsyzk, Horlivka, Ilovaisk, and Zuhres are currently also without power.
According to reports by UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, cited by Reuters, more than one million people have been displaced by the conflict in Ukraine, including 814,000 Ukrainians now in Russia with various forms of status. Numbers displaced inside the country by the fighting have nearly doubled in the past there weeks to at least 260,000 and more are fleeing.
