Flow of People in Camouflage from Ukraine to Russia Increased - OSCE
The OSCE notes an increase in the flow of people in camouflage clothing from Ukraine to Russia.
This is stated in the organization's report on the situation in the east of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. September 10, Censor.NET reports.

"The Mission observed a significant number of persons in camouflage clothes entering the Russian Federation from Ukraine, especially at the Donetsk crossing point," the statement says.
The report also noted that the increase in the total number of border crossings, especially after the ceasefire came into effect.
