EU-Ukraine Association Agreement Will Be Implemented Without Russian Involvement - Fule
The signatories to the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU are Ukraine and the European Union, hence the decisions on the future of this deal can be taken by them exceptionally.
According to Censor.NET, citing Ukrinform, the statement was made by the European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle during the talks with Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
"There won't be agreements with Russia on the issues in which Ukraine feels just a bit uncomfortable," promised the Commissioner.

The participants of the meeting agreed that the issue of unity of Ukraine should be the most important in the context of recent developments.
"Peace must be protected, but there exist serious processes associated with the territorial integrity, sovereignty of Ukraine. Many things have changed recently, including the situation in the East. There are Russian troops there. And it isn't covert military aggression any longer," said Volodymyr Groysman.

The interlocutors discussed the progress of reforms in Ukraine, in particular, the package of legislative initiatives on decentralization and local self-government reform elaborated by the Government .
Moreover, Volodymyr Groysman and Štefan Füle tackled preparation of Ukraine for the donor conference, due to take place in Kyiv at the end of the current year, after the parliamentary elections.
