Security Council Meeting Commenced – Poroshenko’s Press Secretary

An emergency meeting of the NSDC started in in the Presidential Administration.

This was announced by the President's spokesman Sviatoslav Tseholko on his Twitter page, Censor.NET reports.

"The NSDC meeting has begun," Tseholko wrote.
