Russia Playing Games with Date for New Trilateral Gas Talks

Censor.NET reports about this, citing zn.ua. The European Commission, the EU executive, is waiting for Moscow to confirm a new date for three-way talks on the Ukraine-Russia gas price dispute.

According to Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Yurii Prodan, "The European Commission has proposed September 27, but the Russian side, as far as I know at this point, has not yet agreed to it."

Last week, the European Commission had proposed the meeting, also involving Kiev, should go ahead in Berlin on Sept. 20, Censor.NET reports, citing Reuters.
