Ukrainian Troops in Shchastia Received Reinforcements

A lot of modern military equipment arrived in the city of Shchastia from the Ukrainian side.

Public activist Vsevolod Filimonenko said this, Censor.NET reports citing Espreso.TV.

"Tanks, artillery units of various types and well-equipped soldiers (they call themselves the National Guard) are deploying in the localities controlled by Ukraine along the border with the territory occupied by the Russian troops of the so-called Luhansk People's Republic," he said.

As it was reported later, heavy shelling began near the checkpoint in the vicinity of Shchastia yesterday at about 04:15 pm. One of shells damaged the Luhansk thermal power plant transformer near the town of Shchastia.
