Kyiv Residents Participating in ATO Are Exempt From Utility Bills
The decision was approved by 85 deputies at a meeting of the City Council on Thursday, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
The reimbursement for these benefits will be conducted at the expense of the city budget.
The city council also approved a procedure for the provision of assistance to these categories of Kyiv residents. According to the decision, the ATO participants, the families of the victims and the soldiers, who require treatment and prosthetics will be provided with financial assistance in the amount of 2,500 UAH (little less than 200 USD). The same amount is allocated for the burial of the dead.
