EU imposes sanctions on nine individuals involved in sham elections in Donbas, - journalist
The foreign ministers of the EU countries approved visa bans and asset freezes on nine persons responsible for organizing the "elections" in Ukraine's occupied eastern regions last November.
Brussels-based correspondent for Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty, Rikard Jozwiak, tweeted early on Monday, Dec. 10, Censor.NET reports.

As reported, the Russian-controlled puppet republics – the "Donetsk People's Republic" ("DPR") and the "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") on Nov. 11 held sham "elections" of the so-called "heads of people's republics" and "deputies of people's councils."
