Operational record of Russian occupants from the 291st artillery brigade: from Crimea to Donbas. PHOTOS
Currently, several artillery units of the 291st artillery brigade of the Southern Military District of the Russian Army (military home base #64670, Troitskaya, Republic of Ingushetia) can be observed in the Rostov region along the Russian-Ukrainian border (in the direction of Azov).
As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by blogger-investigator Iraklii Komakhidze for Informnapalm.
It is known that military equipment of this brigade along with the other Russian artillery forces had been actively used for shelling of the Ukrainian territory late summer-early fall of 2014.

A new artillery regiment was formed based of one of the 291st Brigade's divisions to be under the command of the military leadership of the Black Sea Fleet permanently stationed in Simferopol, Crimea.
According to the blogger, there are a couple of images with Smerch MRLSes, which presumably belong to the 439th Artillery Brigade (military home base #69673, Znamensk, the Astrakhan region) among the photographs within the collection below.
