Zelenskyi sets up and heads Counter COVID-19 Coordination Council – decree

President of Ukraine has set up the Counter COVID-19 Coordination Council and put himself in charge of it

Censor.NET reports citing President's office. 

The respective decree was signed on March 16, according to the president's website.
