Five soldiers killed and 12 wounded yesterday - Lysenko
Five Ukrainian servicemen were killed and another 12 were wounded in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation over the past day.
Presidential Administration speaker on ATO matters Andrii Lysenko stated, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"We lost five our soldiers and another 12 were injured in battles over the past 24 hours," he said at a briefing on Wednesday.
According to him, the greatest number of casualties was inflicted when an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces tripped a land mine near Avdiivka.
