"Ukrenergo" will bill Russians for destroyed infrastructure facilities
NEC "Ukrenergo" will bill the Russians for the destroyed Ukrainian facilities.
This was announced by Maksym Yurkov, director of legal affairs of NEC "Ukrenergo", Censor.NET reports.
He noted that the company records damage in real-time, every day.
"We are drawing up an estimate and in the near future we will bill the Russians for our destroyed facilities," Yurkov said.
He emphasized that the company has some experience in invoicing the Russian Federation.
"Because we are one of the few who have sued and are continuing this process regarding our assets in Crimea," Yurkov said.
He said that a legal mechanism is currently being developed, thanks to which the company will be able to protect its interests in terms of compensation for damages.
