During the retreat from the Kherson region, the Russian military deliberately blew up a power plant in Beryslav.
Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov reported this on Twitter, Censor.NET informs.
"In Beryslav (Kherson region), the Russians retreated and deliberately blew up the power plant.
Article 51(2) of Additional Protocol I prohibits the destruction of critical infrastructure as an act of terrorism. But this does not stop the Russian occupiers," the report says.
