Poland will equip and train Ukrainian tank brigade by March, - Błaszczak
Accordin to Censor.NЕТ, this was stated by Defense Minister of Poland Mariusz Błaszczak in Twitter.
"As part of the new support package for Ukraine, I presented our Polish support, which means that by the end of March we will be able to arm and train Ukrainian soldiers," he said.
According to the minister, this refers to the tank brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In addition, Błaszczak said that instead of the T-72 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles transferred to Ukraine, the Polish army will receive Korean K-2 tanks and K-9 howitzers. Abrams tanks and HIMARS rocket artillery are planned to be delivered to Poland.
