The President of Ukraine will present a peace plan and convene an international conference on Ukraine, a diplomatic source in Kyiv informed the DGP. He will also return to the topic of security guarantees for Kyiv. Among the guarantor countries, in addition to the United States, there would also be, in particular, Canada, Turkey, Great Britain, Israel, Germany, and Poland," the message reads.
