"Thesis that Russia refuses to negotiate with Ukraine is lie," - Lavrov

The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Serhii Lavrov, said that Russia is allegedly not giving up on negotiations regarding Ukraine.

"The thesis that Russia refuses to negotiate with Ukraine is a lie," he said.

According to Lavrov, Moscow will continue to deny this.
